IBIZA CHEF VILLA was born in 2006 to meet culinary demands of clients
in private villas and yachts in Ibiza and Formentera.
 
Alexis Carini, our director and also a private chef, has a long gastronomic career spanning several generations and was trained by the best chefs in France.

After more than fifteen years making his catering business one of the best on the island, while continuing with his home chef company Ibiza Chef Villa, he spent four years as a chef for yachts around the world.  
Alexis, with his young, dynamic and talented team of chefs, assistant, butler, waiters, bartenders and babysitters will make your vacation unforgettable, taking care of each and every detail.

Availability of the chef for 7 days with a maximum of 8 clients for 3 services a day.

 

12 hours per day: 1 hour for shopping

+ 3 hours breakfast + 4h lunch + 4h dinner

· The Chef will cook directly in your villa after the purchases. He will cook and serve you in “Family Style” up to 8 guests alone, from 9 to 14 guests with a helper/waiter,

from 15 to 20 guests with a helper + waiter. Minimum booking for a “weekly full service” for the waiter/helper 8 hours/ day.

 

· If necessary, overtime will be calculated on the basis of the starting time previously agreed with the customer and invoiced at 45€/hr. for the Chef and

€39/hr. for the waiter(s) and helper(s) if needed.

 

· Prices without 21% VAT.

Chef availability for 7 days with a maximum of 8 clients for 2 services per day.

 

8 hours per day: 1 hour for shopping + 3 hours breakfast

+ 4h lunch OR 4h dinner

(Dinner service only available in half-day service all year round, except in August )

· The chef will cook directly in your villa after purchasing the food. Cook and serve food in "Family style" mode for up to 8 clients alone, 9 to 14 clients with an assistant/waiter, 15 to 20 clients with an assistant and a waiter. Minimum reservation for the helper/waiter for the "complete weekly service" 8 hours per day.

 

· If necessary, the additional hours will be calculated according to the scheduled time of the service previously discussed between the chef and the client, it will be calculated on the basis of €45/h for the chef and €39/h for the assistant or/and the waiter.

Contract conditions

MINIMUM RESERVATION FOR BUTLER, WAITERS AND ASSISTANTS

"Chef full weekly service" 8 hours/day

"Chef half-day service" 4 hours/day

RESERVATION AND FINAL PAYMENT

We make all our reservations starting June 1 , requesting 50% of the total services of private chef, waiters and assistants, according to the budget that the client has previously received by email. To hire a full-time or part-time service, 100% of the deposit will be requested for the first purchases. The second 50% payment will be made 1 day before your arrival at the villa.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation of the reservation 3 weeks before your arrival, the first 50% deposit will not be refunded as cancellation fees.

PRICES

Our prices do not include 10% VAT.

The price of the Chef's extra hour is 45 euros.

For services of 9 to 14 people, the Chef will need an assistant with a supplement of

39euros/hour

For services of 15 to 20 people it is necessary to add the service of a Chef's assistant and a waiter with a supplement of 78 euros/hour .

Hours contracted and not consumed by the client will not be returned.

The hours worked in case of NON-PRESENCE of the client will be considered as worked without prior notice of 4 hours minimum, they will be added to the total of the staff hours on the Chef's record sheet.

REGISTRATION SHEET

On a daily basis, the chef will write down the hours of work applied on his HOUR RECORD SHEET , checking them at all times with our client. It is the client's responsibility to sign this sheet daily for the correct accounting of the hours. Overtime is calculated from the time of each meal previously agreed upon with the chef and the client.

SHOPPING

The purchase price is included in all our menus but is not included in the "full time" and "half time" services.

All purchases will be made by the chef from the best suppliers on the island.

The payment of the deposit for the first purchases will be made at the reservation and for the following purchases the client will give another advance of money for the purchases. The chef will update an Excel of the purchases to see the balance. In the event of non-payment of the purchase deposit prior to the guest's arrival, the chef and the company will not give credit or advance any purchases for the guest. The start time of the service will then be delayed.
